Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms &amp ; Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the joia99 platform, including its website, mobile web application, games, betting markets, promotional offers, customer support services, and any other features or functionality made available by joia99 (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who interact with the Platform in any capacity.

By accessing the joia99 website, completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to and use of the joia99 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed voluntarily or enforced by joia99 support.
• Accurate information: You must be willing and able to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the Platform.

joia99 conducts age verification checks at the point of registration and, where required, before processing a player's first withdrawal. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo identity document (such as a National Identity Card or passport) and, in some cases, a utility bill or bank statement confirming your registered address.

Any player found to have misrepresented their age or identity during the registration process will have their account immediately closed. Any real-money winnings generated during the period of misrepresentation will be forfeited. The original deposited amount may be returned via the original payment method at joia99's sole discretion, subject to verification of the payment source.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

To access the full functionality of the joia99 Platform — including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses — you must complete the registration process and create a joia99 account. Registration is free of charge and open to eligible players across Bangladesh, including in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar.

During registration you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address or Bangladeshi mobile phone number, a secure password of your choosing, and confirmation that you are aged 18 or above and agree to these Terms. You may also be asked to provide your full name and date of birth for identity verification purposes.

joia99 enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy. Players found to operate more than one account — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — will have all duplicate accounts closed immediately. Any bonus funds credited to duplicate accounts will be voided and forfeited. Real-money balances in duplicate accounts may be consolidated into the primary verified account at joia99's discretion.

Players are responsible for keeping their registered contact details up to date. joia99 uses your registered email address and mobile number to communicate account notifications, security alerts, deposit confirmations, and withdrawal updates. Failure to maintain accurate contact details may result in delays to account services.

Account Security Best Practices

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other website or application.

Deposits and Withdrawals

joia99 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are conducted exclusively through the approved payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. joia99 does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party payment wallets not listed on the Platform, or payments made on behalf of another player.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by joia99 support.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests placed on hold pending document review.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits may apply depending on the chosen payment method.
• Withdrawal processing times for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically 10 to 30 minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours.
• joia99 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal that triggers an enhanced due diligence review.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement will be deducted from your withdrawable balance at the time of the withdrawal request.

Section 5

Bonus and Promotions Policy

joia99 offers a range of promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant offer, which must be read carefully before opting in. The general conditions set out in this section apply to all joia99 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

General Bonus Conditions

1. Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified players aged 18 or above who have met any qualifying deposit or activity requirements specified in the promotion terms.
2. One bonus per player: Welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Players found to have created multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses will have all duplicate accounts closed and bonus funds forfeited.
3. Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual offer terms.
4. Game contribution: Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage, as detailed in the specific promotion terms.
5. Expiry: Bonus funds and free spin awards expire after a specified number of days from the date of credit, as stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited and cannot be reinstated.
6. Maximum bet restriction: While a bonus is active, maximum bet amounts per round may be restricted. Placing bets in excess of the stated maximum bet restriction while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided and any associated winnings being removed.
7. Abuse prevention: joia99 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus, cancel associated winnings, or close an account if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting, arbitrage betting, use of automated software, or coordinated bonus exploitation between multiple accounts.

Section 6

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

joia99 is committed to providing a fair, safe, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, identity verification, or any communication with joia99 support.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market on the Platform.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, automated software, artificial intelligence tools, or any non-human agent to interact with the Platform, place bets, or access games.
• Exploitation of system errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or misconfigured odds to place bets or access games at terms that would not ordinarily be available.
• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's code, databases, APIs, or back-end infrastructure.
• Money laundering: Using joia99 to facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financially criminal activity. joia99 applies transaction monitoring and will report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities as required.
• Underage participation: Registering or playing on the Platform while under 18 years of age, or assisting a minor in doing so.
• Multiple accounts: Creating or operating more than one joia99 account for any purpose, including but not limited to claiming bonuses multiple times or circumventing a self-exclusion order.
• Chargeback abuse: Initiating a payment chargeback or dispute with a payment provider in bad faith after receiving goods or services from joia99. Players found to have filed fraudulent chargebacks will have their accounts closed and may be subject to debt recovery proceedings.

joia99 uses advanced fraud detection, transaction monitoring, and behavioural analytics tools to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, joia99 may take any or all of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the account, freeze account balances pending investigation, void bets placed during the period of misconduct, report the matter to financial intelligence units or law enforcement agencies, and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Closure

joia99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe after receiving a verification request.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 6 of these Terms.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion submitted through joia99 support channels.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity associated with the account.
• Account inactivity: accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. joia99 will attempt to contact the account holder before any dormancy fees or account closure procedures are applied.
• A legal or regulatory obligation requiring joia99 to restrict or terminate service to a specific account or class of accounts.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their joia99 account voluntarily — for any reason, including responsible gaming concerns — may do so by contacting joia99 live chat support. Upon receiving a closure request, joia99 will:

1. Confirm your identity before processing the request.
2. Process any pending withdrawal of your verified real-money balance to your registered payment method.
3. Void any active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement.
4. Close the account within 48 hours of identity confirmation.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, joia99 and its operators, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Interruptions to Platform availability due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, DDoS attacks, natural disasters, or other events beyond joia99's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Errors in game outcomes resulting from certified random number generator (RNG) systems operated by third-party game studios — joia99 is not the publisher of third-party games and cannot be held liable for software errors that originate within a game studio's systems.
• Loss of data resulting from device failure, browser incompatibility, or connectivity interruption on the player's end during an active game session.
• Any financial loss arising from a player's failure to read and understand the wagering requirements, game rules, or other terms applicable to a bonus or promotion before participating.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment service providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, banks, or card networks) that are outside joia99's operational control.

In all cases where joia99's liability is not excluded by applicable law, joia99's maximum aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to joia99 in the 30-day calendar period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits joia99's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by joia99's own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, account balance, withdrawal, or any other matter, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute to joia99 live chat support, providing your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, and a clear description of your concern. joia99 will acknowledge your dispute within 24 hours.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: joia99's disputes team will review the matter within 5 business days and provide a written response. All game outcomes are subject to review against server-side logs, which take precedence over client-side displays in the event of a discrepancy.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome of joia99's internal review, you may request escalation to senior management. Escalation requests must be submitted in writing to the support email address within 14 days of receiving the initial review response.
